At Crow and Jester, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all Crow and Jester tags still attached, then pack them securely in the original shipping box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage for your records.
Refund Processing
Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
